1. Right to Refuse Service
Peggy Sue’s Pristine Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if a customer’s behavior, environment, or situation is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate for our staff. This includes, but is not limited to, the presence of illegal activity, hazardous conditions, harassment, or any circumstance that may compromise personal safety or professional integrity.
2. Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe, unobstructed access to the property during the scheduled cleaning. Any areas containing valuables, personal information, or sensitive materials should be secured prior to our arrival.
3. Liability & Damages
While every effort is made to handle all items with care, Peggy Sue’s Pristine Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation, unstable surfaces, or normal wear and tear. Any damages claimed must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with photo documentation.
4. Health & Safety
For the safety of our staff and clients, service will not be performed in areas with biohazards, mold, pests, or bodily fluids unless previously disclosed and properly equipped for such cleaning.
5. Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations without proper notice may result in a fee.
6. Client Protection
All client information and property details are kept confidential. Our staff are screened professionals who value privacy and respect your home or business.
